Post-Grant Reporting Guidelines
In order to create a culture of continuous learning, we at the Maclellan Foundation need information from you, the grant recipient, that will help us become better stewards of our resources and better supporters of ministries such as yours. By learning of your successes and struggles, we may be able to provide valuable insight to other ministries in similar situations. One year from the approval of your grant or with the submission of a subsequent request (whichever is earlier), we will require a report of your grant. This report will be required before a subsequent request will be considered. Please provide a Word document, submitted by email to support@maclellan.net or attached to your online proposal, addressing the following questions. Compare and contrast your projected outcomes from your approved proposal to us (what you said you were hoping to accomplish) with your actual outcomes (what you actually accomplished). The outcomes we are most interested in are not only numbers (outputs), but explanations of how your target population was impacted or changed through your work. To reiterate, outcomes are measurable changes or improvements in your target population in relation to behavior, attitudes, knowledge, or skills. If there were multiple projects, please consider the outcomes of each. Address the following questions in your response:
