For Profit & Individuals: Ineligible for Maclellan Grant
The Maclellan Foundation only makes grants to organizations that are classified as tax exempt under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code and public charities under section 509(a) of that code. The Foundation can not make grants to individuals or to for-profit organizations.
If any of the following describe you or your organization, you are not eligible to receive Maclellan funds:
You are a for-profit organization.
Our Foundation only provides support to non-profit organizations that are tax exempt under 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
You are an individual, not a ministry.
The Maclellan Foundation does not make grants to individuals. If you are an individual in financial need, please click here.
You are a consultant, service provider, or professional grantwriter.
The Foundation has a long-standing policy that prohibits it from providing service providers with grants to aid ministries. We often make grants to ministries to hire service providers, but in those cases we know the ministries, we have had a relationship with them, and our grant is in effect to better the ministry.
We are sorry we are unable to help you at this time, but we encourage you to continue looking through our Web Site to help you gain a better understanding of the Maclellan Family Foundations and who we serve.
