The Christian Education Charitable Trust was created as a supporting organization by the Maclellan Foundation, Inc. in July of 1974 and became a private foundation in March of 2008.  The Trust’s expressed purpose is to support Christian education within a 500 mile radius of Chattanooga, Tennessee and is bound by law to only support organizations that fit this criteria.
